A holistic site audit that features, but is not limited to, checking whether the entire stack is secure or not, whether the infra can scale for increased traffic, where the current speed bottlenecks are and if the MySQL database is optimised. I produce complete documentation and detailed reports.
Diagnosis and resolution of issues that prevent the site scoring in the high 90s (and even, dare I say it, the mythical one hundred…) in Core Web Vitals, across the entire site
Diagnosis and resolution of issues that are slowing down the site for both logged in users and backend admin users
Creation of an alerting system that will inform the right people at the right time when there are issues
Creation of documenation for your entire stack that will allow everyone in your org to understand the system and faciliate future scaling
Expert consulting on how your systems can be improved and maintained
Slack access to me personally; both to jump in and fix things in emergencies and for general consulation whenever you like (CEST timezone)
The process takes at least 1 month, and we’ll be working together a lot during that first month. It’s fast, it’s frantic and we scramble to get things done in an accelerated timescale. After the 1st month, we’ll have a complete debrief. Your site will always be in a much better place, but there may well be ongoing issues and refinements that you’d like me to stay onboard for. With most clients, I continue working with them well beyond that first month (and some never seem to want to let me go..)
